We know that this is the time of year water consumption is reduces due to cold weather. Which is why we would like to remind you that it is important to continue to drink up to 8 - 8 ounces glasses of water a day for your optimal health achievement. In the winter, we tend to eat richer food as the temperature drops. Water is needed to aid digestion of the food and also to keep your skin hydrated and looking radiant through the dry and cold months. If the cold weather has you avoiding water, try alternatives like drinking hot water with a lemon or adding more soups to your diet.
